I have a hp printer, copier, fax, scanner all in one printer. everything works but the scanner. the message says "make sure the feature is open. open hp printer software. select scanner actions. then. Before i re-install the printer, can anyone tell me how to enable scanning to computer on an officejet pro 8600 plus? the printer's window says to "open hp printer software, select scanner actions, and then select manage scan to computer" but i cannot find this anywhere..
